The Department of Computer Engineering was established in 2025 with the goal of nurturing experts in the fields of artificial intelligence, security, and big data. We have built a state-of-the-art environment featuring a 200 million won AI server and dedicated labs, allowing students to practice AI and big data programming anytime, anywhere. Additionally, we run various hands-on education programs to invigorate the AI and big data industry ecosystem in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions. Notably, we have set up a 700 million won AI security lab, security control center, and ethical hacking lab to cultivate practical cybersecurity professionals, working closely with local public institutions and defense industries. The Department of Computer Engineering, part of the School of Wellness and Health Science, is committed to fostering future-leading talents.
